South Shore Chamber of Commerce announces FoxRock Properties, LLC as Director’s Partner for 2014

ROCKLAND and NORWELL, MA, ISSUED MARCH 7, 2014...The South Shore Chamber of Commerce, the region’s largest Chamber, today announced that FoxRock Properties, LLC (www.FoxRockproperties.com), has been named a Director’s Partner for the year 2014.

 

FoxRock Properties, LLC is one of only 40 businesses to hold this prestigious position with the South Shore Chamber. Partnerships provide financial commitment to the Chamber and afford the partners promotional opportunity, high level connections with other Chamber partners and high-level participation in Chamber activities, while boosting the Chamber’s visibility.

 

FoxRock Properties may be best known locally for its ownership of their flagship property at 141 Longwater Drive, Norwell, the former Wearguard headquarters.  The seven-year old company is in the business of the acquisition, development and management of commercial properties, with properties located from Quincy to Plymouth. Kevin Fachetti, a Manager at FoxRock Properties, said that the company’s largest construction project to date, has been the South Shore Medical building on Longwater Drive in Norwell. The Longwater Drive property, which FoxRock is completely renovating, is 276,000 square feet in size. Fachetti noted that the company is aggressively looking to acquire additional properties. In its seven years, FoxRock Properties has amassed an impressive tenant list that includes Aramark, General Dynamics, Battelle Memorial Institute, Wells Fargo, the South Shore YMCA, and the Registry of Motor Vehicles (Plymouth), to name a few. The company’s construction and property management staff reflects more than 100 years of industry expertise. Their portfolio includes over 1.25 million square feet of office, industrial, retail, and commercial medical property. FoxRock Properties LLC maintains offices in Quincy and Norwell, MA.
