Peabody Properties Recognized by MassHousing as Multi-Million Dollar Achiever
November 26, 2013 (Braintree, Mass.) – Peabody Properties, Inc. – a full-service real estate firm managing in excess of 10,000 units of housing through New England – today announced that it has been recognized by MassHousing for its multi-million dollar expenditures with Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Women Business Enterprises (WBEs).
Under the leadership of Chief Executive Officer, Karen Fish-Will, and Chief Operating Officer, Melissa Fish-Crane, Peabody Properties has been named a Multi-Million Dollar Achiever by the Compliance & Diversity Division of MassHousing – a self-supporting, not-for-profit public agency providing more than $16 billion in financing for buyers, owners and developers of affordable rental housing – for four consecutive years.
