Simon Property Group, which owns 325 retail properties in North America and Asia, as part of a re-branding effort, has updated the South Shore Plaza, reported The Patriot Ledger on Enterprise News.
The plaza, located in Braintree, has new signs, new guest services and various other updates to "modernize" the location. Simon is investing roughly $1 billion into these efforts throughout the year, said the Patriot Ledger.
