South Shore Networx to Host Visitors' Days

Founded in 2008, South Shore Networx is a group of business owners who meet every Friday morning from 7:15 to 8:30 a.m. at the Derby Street Clubhouse, Linden Ponds, Hingham.

Business owner members hail from a diverse group of professions including legal, payroll, accounting, residential real estate, personal, business and commercial insurance, banking, , and mortgage, among others. The group is seeking additional quality members from categories including, but not limited to, commercial realtor, landscaper, arborist, estate planning attorney, IT, architect, physical therapist, massage therapist, florist, business coach, telephone services, and more.

RE/MAX of New England Forecasts Inventory Shortage

According to the RE/MAX of New England 2014 Housing Forecast, New England will continue to experience a significant shortage of inventory and consumers should expect to see higher interest rates as we head into the second half of the year. 

RE/MAX of New England cites low interest rates and rising consumer confidence in propelling the New England housing market into solid recovery throughout 2013. An ebbing supply of inventory coupled with low interest rates and pent-up demand fueled the market and drove-up pricing throughout the region.
