Braintree Joins 'Life Sciences Corridor'

Braintree is among 'industry leaders' in the area of life sciences.

Braintree's Mayor Joseph Sullivan is joining Boston, Somerville, Quincy and Cambridge mayors in supporting and announcing the creation of a 'Life Sciences Corridor,' reported the Patriot Ledger.

The creation of the corridor is to expand upon the area's life sciences, as Braintree joins the other areas as leaders in the industry. The goal of the initiative is to bring more life sciences and biotechnology jobs to the community, reported the Ledger.
