Ringius To Bring Voice And Experience To School Committee

Dave Ringius is currently running for re-election to the Braintree School Committee.  He states, "I have lived in Braintree my whole life, and know that the community I grew up in, and opportunities I received here, are a huge part of who I am today.  I could not picture raising my family anywhere but Braintree, and today I have a Fourth Grader at Hollis, and a Four Year Old entering kindergarten in the Fall.  My goal for them, and every child in Braintree, is to be afforded the most comprehensive and complete educational experience, and to have every opportunity that I have been afforded."

Dave notes the coming changes in Town Government, and that a strong voice and experience is needed to keep Braintree moving forward.  "After the November Elections, Braintree's Government will have undergone some major changes with at least three new Councillors joining that body.  Our schools too have seen and will see further change, with new building principals, a new Superintendent, and a new look School Committee come January."

Dave believes that, "Change creates new ideas and growth, but this Committee faces pressing decisions in the coming months as to Space-Needs and the Budgetary Process, and a strong, clear, and experienced voice will be needed.  I promise to be that voice!"
