Powers makes final push, campaigns on accomplishments & priorities

Councilor At Large Sean Powers is making his final campaign push talking to voters about the important issues facing Braintree.  Councilor Powers has been serving the people of Braintree as their Councilor since January 2010.  Previously he was the Chair of the Braintree School Committee and is currently the Chair of the Braintree July 4th Celebration Committee.

"It's been great talking to the people of Braintree these past few months.  They share in my commitment to continue to make Braintree a great place to live.  We've accomplished a lot and have weathered this economic crisis, but their is still more work to be done." Powers said.

Sean has been meeting voters all over town and talking to them about setting budget priorities and being fiscally responsible, ensuring our children receive a first class education, keeping our neighbor hoods safe with more police officers and firefighters and fixing our roads and providing relief to residents by cutting the trash fee.

"With steady leadership on our council, we will continue to move Braintree forward.  I respectfully ask for your vote on Tuesday, November 5th so that I may continue working for you." Sean said.
