Candidates Corner-Braintree Public Schools Proud

While out campaigning this week, I was struck by a story that a very proud mother shared with me. She 
wanted to know if I was committed to keeping our schools strong. Her children had both graduated 
from Braintree Schools and one attended the Naval Academy and the other was in medical school. She 
believed that the educational foundation they received in our schools prepared both her children for 
success. These are the kinds of inspiring stories that reinforce my passion for serving on the School 
Committee. There are challenges ahead in solving our space issues, building repairs, and upgrading 
technology. I will look for the best and most effective ways to work on these issues with other members 
of the committee. As a proud 1977 Braintree High graduate, parent, and educator, I have had the 
benefit of our great school system. I appreciate your write-in vote for a 4 year seat on the School
