Warm Banana Strawberry Wraps

For those of you looking for something sweet…try my Warm Banana Strawberry Wraps.

Spread a thin layer of natural peanut, almond or cashew butter on one half of a high fiber, low carb wrap (gluten free works too). Add thinly sliced strawberries and banana. Drizzle lightly with a touch of agave nectar. Grill in a frying pan with fat free cooking spray until the outside is slightly caramelized and the inside is slightly melted (a few minutes).

Because this recipe is made of high fiber carbs (from the wrap and fruit) and heart healthy fat (natural nut butter) only, I like to add a complete protein on the side like egg whites for breakfast or even a quick protein shake (whey protein powder mixed with water or unsweetened almond milk) for a balanced
meal.

Having a balance of complete protein plus carbs and fat stabilizes your blood sugar to help you naturally burn fat, build muscle and feel your best.
