Ray Flynn is a good man. He was a super athlete in high school and at Providence College. As mayor of Boston he was a hands on mayor who appointed a great police comm issioner in Francis "Mickey" Roache who was very big on community policing. Ray Flynn is an enjoyable person to listen too!
