Braintree Rotary Club and Fallon Ambulance Partner to Support Summer Fun for Seniors

Again this year, the Braintree Rotary Club has arranged for transportation for the seniors of Braintree to the Concerts at Sunset Lake.

“With the generous donation from Fallon Ambulance of their vans and personnel, in partnership with our Rotary Club, seniors will be picked up from Heritage Lane, Roosevelt Street, and Independence Manor and whisked away to the shores of Sunset Lake in South Braintree Square,” stated newly-elected President Eric McLaughlin.

"Working with the Rotary Club and other Braintree supporters is an honor for us at Fallon Ambulance. We have provided ambulances services to the Town of Braintree since 1998, but giving back to the local community is at the forefront of our mission. We look forward to seeing that Braintree Seniors take full advantage of these free concerts" said, Peter Racicot, Senior Vice President, Fallon Ambulance Service.

According to McLaughlin, “There, they will enjoy the weekly Tuesday evening concerts, which are sponsored by the Braintree Electric Light Department in conjunction with the Braintree Recreation Department.”

“These musical interludes provide a wonderful summer respite for all generations, and the seniors are grateful to be cheerfully greeted and assisted on and off the vans by the Braintree Rotary volunteers,” concluded McLaughlin.
