What's Open and Closed on Labor Day in Braintree

What's going on in Braintree.

As Labor Day unofficially marks the last day of summer (it's actually Sep. 21), many businesses and companies around town celebrate the day by trying to go away one last time or have one more barbecue.

The summer is also winding down for most Braintree students, who will start their school year on Wednesday or Thursday. Kindergarten students return the following week.

Even though Labor Day is a national holiday, that doesn't mean everything in Braintree is closed.
