School Officials Talk East Middle, Monatiquot School Re-Opening

1. The School Building Committee meets at 5 p.m. at the Colbert Administration Building on Pond St. They will discuss the timeline for renovations at East Middle School, along with the re-opening of Monatiquot School.

2. The Town Council meets in the auditorium at Town Hall at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. They will discuss, among other items, yardwaste collection issues, travel expenses auditing and storm policy procedures. 

The Committee on Rules & Ordinance meets beforehand at 6:30 p.m.

3. There is a Braintree Public Schools Title One Meeting at Thayer Public Library from 6 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. Tuesday evening in the Logan Auditorium.

4. Warming Tuesday, but mostly cloudy, according to the National Weather Service. Look for a high of 43 degrees and moderate winds. Tonight should be similar, but a high near 29.
