More Snow Tuesday, Braintree Town Council

5 Things: A run-down of events and other useful information for your life in Braintree on Dec. 17, 2013.

1. The Town Council meets at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium at Town Hall. Agenda items include finalizing a response to the Attorney General over an Open Meeting Law complaint, and transfer requests for school collective bargaining, capital reserve, the stabilization fund and the Golf Enterprise Fund.

The Committee on Ways & Means meets at 6:30 p.m.

2. The Teen Winter Reading Program continues all day today at Thayer Public Library on the lower level.

"To participate, teens in grades 6-12 (ages 12-18) can stop by the Reference Desk anytime the library is open between 12/16/13 - 12/31/13, fill out a short Book Review for ANY book they've recently read, and receive a PRIZE!"

3. The Zoning Board of Appeals meets at 7 p.m. in the upstairs Johnson Chambers at Town Hall. 

4. Get ready for a few more inches of the white stuff. The National Weather Service is predicting between 2-4 inches in the area between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Tuesday. Should be mostly cloudy with a high near 28 degrees. Chance of snow Tuesday night until about 3 a.m.
