2. The Municipal Light Board meets at 5 p.m. on the second floor of 150 Potter Rd. The Zoning Board of Appeals meets at 7 p.m. downstairs at Town Hall.
3. Thayer Public Library hosts "Halloween Craft for Kids age 4 up" from 3:45 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. in the Logan Auditorium. "Come have fun making a craft to celebrate Halloween ! This craft program is held monthly for kids age 4 up, no sign-ups needed."
