5 Things: Java Jive at Sunset Concert Series, License Board

1. Java Jive performs tonight from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Sunset Lake Concert Series. Sponsored by BELD. Bring lawn chair or blanket, arrive early and enjoy the music. In the event of rain or excessive heat, concert will be rescheduled for Wednesday.
2. The Board of License Commissioners meets at 2 p.m. on the lower level of Town Hall.
3. The Blue Hills Regional Technical School Committee's Athletic & Extracurricular Subcommittee meets at 6 p.m. in Board Room 402 at 800 Randolph St., Canton. The agenda can be found by clicking here.
4. There is a chance of showers and thunderstorms today in Braintree, according to the National Weather Service. High near 80 degrees.
5. The Zoning Board of Appeals meets at 7 p.m. in the Town Hall auditorium.
