Good Energy Holistic Studio is bringing yoga to the Farmers Market!
Derniere "Dee" Marshall will be leading a gentle hatha yoga practice appropriate for beginners and all-levels. Many of the people starting yoga at Good Energy have never done yoga before; or have only tried it a handful of times. We truly specialize in teaching yoga so everyone can receive the benefits of stress relief, increased strength and flexibility and to quiet the busy mind. We're really excited to bring that philosophy to the Farmer's Market!
Instructor and intuitive, Derniere "Dee" Marshall brings with her 3 decades of experience in meditation and yoga.

Town Hall, located right off Washington St. next to French's Common Park and across from the public library, houses a number of government offices, including the Town Council, various boards and the mayor's office. The building itself is stately and historic, with a large auditorium for meetings, and is filled with 18th and 19th century artwork.
Services at Town Hall include the assessor's office, town treasurer, license commissioners, town solictor, town clerk, veteran's department, and the zoning and registrars' boards.
