Women from Brockton, Randolph Arrested for Alleged Clothing Theft at Plaza

Braintree police arrested two women at the South Shore Plaza on Tuesday afternoon after they allegedly tried to steal about $500 worth of clothing.
Ariel B. Abreu, 18, of Brockton and Stephanie E. Abreu, 33, of Randolph, were both charged with larceny over $250 and receiving stolen property under $250, Deputy Chief Russell Jenkins said in a statement.
"Loss prevention reported that the two women selected and concealed over $250 worth of clothing" from Hollister, Jenkins said. Police also recovered eight clothing items worth just under $250 that were allegedly taken from Abercrombie Kids.
