What's Open/Closed on Presidents Day

Today is Presidents Day in the U.S., known formally as Washington's Birthday when it was signed into law as a federal holiday in 1968. In Massachusetts, according to state law, the governor must also issue an annual Presidents Day proclamation on May 29 each year, honoring presidents with MA roots: John Adams, John Quincy Adams, Calvin Coolidge and John Fitzgerald Kennedy.
