Sean M. Lazaron, 24, of Abington was arrested early Sunday morning, June 5th after officers found him asleep at the wheel of his vehicle. Officers found Lazaron’s vehicle parked across Old Country Way on the crosswalk with Lazaron asleep and sitting in the driver’s seat.
After waking Lazaron up, Officer Brian Eng could smell an odor of alcohol coming from Lazaron and observed other signs of possible intoxication. Lazaron declined to perform any sobriety tests and was placed under arrest and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol and blocking an intersection.
