Court throws out third-offense shoplifting charge
Joel D. Diaz-Sanchez, 33, of 2 Dunmore St., Apt. 1, Roxbury, had charges of third-offense shoplifting by concealing merchandise, receiving stolen property under $250, and trespassing dismissed in Quincy District Court. The charges stemmed from a Dec. 24, 2011 incident in Braintree at Macy''s Department Store, South Shore Plaza, where store detectives said they observed a man selecting cologne and then hiding it.
