Bridgewater Man Charged with Using Someone's Lost Credit Card at Target in Braintree

OUI case continued for hearing
Gayle M. Salve, 42 of Dighton, had charges of operating under the influence of alcohol, a motor vehicle lights violation, and a marked lanes violation continued to Feb. 1 for a jury status hearing in Quincy District Court.
The charges stem from a Oct. 30, 2010 incident in Braintree after police stopped a vehicle at the South Shore Plaza, conducted field sobreity tests, and arrested Salve on suspicion of driving intoxicated.
Bridgewater man charged with receiving lost credit card
Robert W. Owens, 28 of Bridgewater, was arraigned in Quincy District Court on charges of larceny under $250, larceny over $250, and receiving a lost credit card. The case was continued to March 7. Owens was released on personal recognizance.
The charges stem from a Oct. 29, 2012 incident in Braintree after police responded to a report of a lost credit card. According to the police report, two men were caught on surveillance camera making purchases of electronics and gift cards using the credit card at Target, then getting into an Econoline van and driving away.
