Low Turnout Expected in Braintree for State Primary Election Tomorrow

Voting takes place on Thursday, Sept. 6 from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Total number of eligible registered voters (as of 8/17/2012): 24,392

Number of absentee ballots requested (as of 8/24/2012): 207

Average voter turnout in State Primary Elections since 1990: 28%

Average voter turnout in State Primary Elections Preceding a Presidential Election since 1992: 17%

Anticipated voter turnout on September 6, 2012 (+/- 1%): 15%
