Two men and a woman were charged with various counts, including forgery and larceny, after loss prevention saw them make purchases at Lord & Taylor using a credit card stolen from the home of a 37-year-old Roslindale woman, Police Chief Russell Jenkins said in a statement.
Madalyn Sarro, 18 of Boston, Bryan Barillas, 20 of Roslindale, and Jonathan Garcia, 20 of Mattapan, were arrested on Tuesday, Nov. 27 and the merchandise was recovered.
Garcia had an outstanding warrant, and when searched police found a small amount of heroin on him, Jenkins said. He was additionally charged with possession of heroin.
Several more credit cards in the Roslindale woman's name were found on Barillas.
Garcia, Barillas and Sarro were all charged with larceny over $250, receiving stolen property under $250, and eight counts each of forgery and
passing a forged document.
